Evoluția istorică și esența sancțiunilor și contramăsurilor economice internaționale prin prisma obiectivului de asigurare a securității economice a Republicii Moldova

Cadrul normativ internaţional este unul foarte complex şi acoperă o gamă largă de aspecte în garantarea securităţii internaţionale, care se răsfrânge şi asupra securităţii naţionale. Totuşi, acesta nu elimină sau nu diminuează toate provocările, ameninţările şi riscurile asupra securităţii. În acest sens este necesar să analizăm atît evoluția istorică cît și esența și formele de sancțiuni economice internaționale care au drept obiectiv asigurarea respectării normelor dreptului internațional public și afectează nu doar statul vizat dar și securitatea economică a populației acestuia. Putem constata o mare diversitate de definiții ale sancțiunilor economice, dar majoritatea covîrșitoare a autorilor recunosc impactul direct al acestora asupra securității economice a statului afectat. Prezentul articol refletă tendințele clasice și moderne de definire a esenței și conceptului de sancțiuni economice în dreptul internațional public prin prisma imperativului de asigurare a securității naționale.
