Some Theoretical-Doctrinal Concepts Regarding Human Behavior

Human actions regulated by law are perceived by society according to their social significance, their results, satisfactory or harmful, are monitored and evaluated according to the criterion of legality according to the concordance of the behavioral act with legal values, principles and rules of law. Human behavior for a long time was only the expression of an unknown that science tried to clarify in expressions, definitions and interpretations. Despite the enormous importance of the concept of “behavior” for centuries it has consistently eluded a scientific explanation. But in the end, human behavior remains a difficult subject to analyze, not because it is inaccessible, but because it is extremely complex; it is a process rather than a thing, it is changeable, fluid and evanescent, and for this reason it makes great technical demands on the ingenuity and energy of the scientist.
