Unele concepții teoretico-doctrinare privind comportamentul uman

Acțiunile umane normate de lege sunt percepute de societate în funcție de semnificația lor socială, de rezultatele sale, satisfăcătoare sau dăunătoare, sunt monitorizate și evaluate după criteriul legalității în funcție de concordanța actului comportamental la valorile juridice, principiile și normele de drept. Comportamentul uman un timp îndelungat a fost doar expresia unei necunoscute pe care știința a încercat să o clarifice în expresii, definiții și interpretări. În ciuda importanței enorme a conceptului de „comportament” timp de secole i s–a evitat în mod constant o explicație științifică. Dar, până la urmă, comportamentul uman rămâne un subiect dificil de analizat, nu pentru că este inaccesibil, ci pentru că este extrem de complex; este un proces, mai degrabă decât un lucru, este schimbător, fluid și evanescent și din acest motiv impune mari cerințe tehnice asupra ingeniozității și energiei omului de știință.
